Johannesburg: 1 June 2018
Durban: 8 June 2018
Cape Town: 13 July 2018
A first for South Africa where you will speed network with premier Sponsorship & Media Agencies on how to Draft and Negotiate Winning Sponsorship Proposals!
After a sold-out Sports Connect Sponsorship Forum recently held in Johannesburg, the next three editions are taking place over the next three months once again in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, respectively.
The Forum will kick-off at 08h00 with an hour-long Speed Networking Session wherein delegates will introduce themselves to South Africa’s premier Sponsorship and Media Agencies and it’s an ideal event for sponsorship seekers inclusive of event organisers, clubs and federations respectively, to introduce their sponsorship proposals.
Another exciting key feature of the Forum will be the panel discussion on the imminent ban on alcohol advertising and how it will impact on sports sponsorship and in particular outdoor events as well as the industry at large. Sports organisations are encouraged to be proactive and engage with the marketing industry on the potential impact of ban, which is seen as a major threat to the survival of sport in a major way.
One of South Africa’s leading sponsors will also will unpack their Sponsorship Proposal Template to our delegates as a guide on the draft effective sponsorship proposals.
Sponsorship Agencies will as usual feature in a highly interactive panel discussion to debate the current trends in the sponsorship and marketing arena as well as how to Draft and Negotiate Winning Sponsorship Proposals.
Our guests will be allowed ample time to engage our panellists through interactive Q&A sessions and delegates will also be afforded the opportunity to submit One-Page Sponsorship Proposals to our experts for further follow up.
Why you can’t afford to miss this Forum! You will be introduced to SA’s premier Sponsorship Agencies in a roundtable set up during the Speed Networking Session wherein they will share with you as to what they know about what Sponsors want and how to structure your proposals to meet the sponsor’s expected Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Objectives (ROO) respectively.
A Sponsorship Proposal Database will also be launched after the Forum to give participating organisations further exposure to an extensive list of key decision-makers.
To give you an idea of the calibre of speakers featuring at our events, here’s a list from our recent Sponsorship Forum, which took place on 1 March 2018 prior the first leg of the Athletix Grand Prix Series at the Ruimsig Stadium in Roodepoort.
